The Pyramids of Giza, considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, are monumental tombs of the pharaohs Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure.
The Great Pyramid of Cheops
The estimated date of completion of the construction of the Great Pyramid is around 2570 BC, being the first and largest of the three great pyramids of the Giza Necropolis, located on the outskirts of Cairo.
Khafre pyramid
It belongs to the Giza necropolis, it was erected to be the tomb of King Khafre next to the pyramid of his father, Cheops.
Pyramid of Menkaure:
The smallest of the three great pyramids of Giza, it was built by order of Pharaoh Menkaure, grandson of Cheops and son of Khafre. It has a height of only 65 meters.
the sphinx
the Sphinx is located on the Giza plateau, on the outskirts of Cairo, where the desert begins next to the Giza pyramids. It was a symbol of royalty and represents strength with the body of a lion and the head of a human.
